Worked with Century 21 for over 22 years as Broker and Manager, Then started my company ,Owner/Broker. To give Better Service to my Clients.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I give one on one time, I find out what the want, where the want and walk them thru the process. I Represent my Clients. I will pre view the property, and tell the Sellers if any repairs are needed to market there property . Do a CMA on property to marketed there property. I will give the seller on there property the True market value as of the data and time at the time. Market value does change depending on what is going on in the world.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One location,Work out of my home and Car.I am allways avaible by phone for my Clients.
