Absolute disaster. Though they were the highest bidder, I contracted them to put in both a new irrigation system and a new lawn because they promised superior service. Most significant, among their many failings, they put in the lawn BEFORE they had completed a functioning irrigation system. One crew didn't know from the other. Or care. When the sod arrived as the irrigation crew was departing, I asked the irrigation crew point blank whether the system was operational for all the zones where the sod was to be installed. They said, yes. NOT SO! The drip irrigation system they installed decoupled, leaving me to later discover a mud hole to be followed by a huge water bill. I could go on and on... Bottom line is that they'll give you the happy talk, but in the end they lack integrity and fail to honor their word, with no embarrassment whatsoever.
