How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
After working as a paralegal for many years, I saw how people struggled with STUFF. It was the STUFF that was weighing people down in their lives. Whether it was a divorce case, probate matter, or civil dispute, it all seemed to come down to disputes over stuff. It was definitely a "calling in life" for me to leave that profession and do what I do. Now I help people to declutter, organize, and simplify their lives such that they can live lives of significance. Hopefully by doing so, they can avoid lawsuits to resolve their issues.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
As an experienced paralegal and former administrator, my background and skills help to set me apart in this industry.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Since I travel to client's homes and offices, my location is not the important factor in how my clients are best served. I serve clients in San Antonio, Boerne, Austin, and the Texas Hill Country. I also provide virtual organizing services via phone, Skype or Google Hangout.

I (Kat Jacoby) am the President and CEO of my small and thriving Professional Organizing business.
What are your hours of operation?
My regular hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, however, I work with clients to schedule sessions that accommodate their schedules; if a weekend session or later in the evening is required, that can be arranged.
